We have two contract divisions.Our profile rolling division has one hot rolling lines,four cold rolling lines,eight slitting and sharing machines,five annealing furnace and one tensile leveling lines.We can rolling to 0.05mm thickness min and 11meters long maximum.Our annual capacity is 70000mts of aluminum foil and sheet.
Our extrusion division has aluminium alloy casting plant, die manufacturing plant, extrusion plant, mechanical polishing plant, machine processing plant, surface treatment plant (oxidation coloring, electrophoretic spraying, electrostatic spraying) and other factories, annual production capacity of aluminium profiles up to 80,000 tons, finishing capacity up to 20,000 tons. Extruder 30 lines, circumferential circle can achieve 1000mm. The main finishing equipment includes 80 punches, 40 milling machines, 60 drilling machines, 10 welding equipment, 15 CNC with knife base, 30 wire drawing machines, 10 sand blasting machines and 6 oxidation lines for small pieces.
