1. Description of products:
Cold stamping - cleaning - spray flux - fixture clamp the product into the brazing furnace - brazing furnace after more than a dozen procedures (automatic heating/insulation/cooling/welding, etc.) - do full inspection of air tightness test - cleaning (mainly for welding cleaning, polishing, drying), a total of more than 20 steps of process.


Plate thickness: our company can achieve a single plate thickness of 0.8-1.5mm: 0.8,1.0 and 1.2mm, the minimum plate thickness can be achieved plate + channel plate 0.8mm+0.8mm, currently 1.0mm + 1.0mm has been produced, 0.8mm+0.8mm is not batch, it needs to be verified, and 0.8mm+0.8mm pressure resistance is relatively bad, done plate 1.2mm, channel plate 1.0mm
