1. Description of Aluminum Cooling Plate
Production Process: Cold stamping - cleaning - spray flux - fixture clamp the product into the brazing furnace - brazing furnace after more than a dozen procedures (like automatic heating/ insulation/ cooling/ welding etc.) - do full inspection of air tightness test - cleaning (mainly for welding cleaning, polishing, drying) etc, which is total more than 20 steps procedures.
