Our Aluminum plates are widely used for automotive industry especially for electrical vehicles. These materials have high strength, hardness, and good welding plasticity. They are multifunctional, can be used for many products, such as car body frame, body sheets, doors, structural parts,docorated bright strips,electric vehicle battery cover, battery case,thermal shroud, pedal plate, vacuum booster, sealing strip, A/B pillar, carriage plate, brazing cladded materials and so on.

Application:

Body cover and inner panel, including four car doors, enginer cover, trunk cover and wing panels, etc.

Typical mechanical properties: 90°

The outer plate of the car body

1. good punching molding
2. good flanging performance.
3. good roping line
4. with EDT surface, uniformed roughness. Main alloy grades are 6014 and 6016.

The interior plate of the car body
1. good impact molding performance,
2. YPE < 0.6%, mainly 5182 and 5754 alloy grades, inner plate 6016, 6014 etc.
