We supply serpentine extruded tubes  in different alloys, such as 1 series,3 series,6 series and so on. For 3 series alloy,it has good anti-corrosion property ,For 6 series alloy,it has good strength advantage.And we can manufacture in different shapes, like flat,snake shape and so on.These are used for different batteries cooling in new energy vehicles, normally Cylindrical Battery,Square Battery,and soft packing battery based on customers' battery type.

For the serpentine extruded tubes, they are actually made of multiport aluminum tubes,which can also be called aluminum tube extrusions.The tube structures can be customized according to customers' different requirements,and the tube size can be controlled strictly by our precise toolings. We have our own tooling center and we are very professional in designing and building the tools to control the tube size accurately.With our extrusion production line improved,we can make the tubes with over 100mm width and the flat surface.
