Aluminum cooling cold plate for EV battery pack 

 

The liquid cooling cold plate are widely used in new energy cars, electrical vehicles, battery cooling systems, thermal management solutions etc. We manufacture the liquid cold plate via brazing technique, CNC maching, welding . The full production line of water cooling plate main equipments are fully automatic tunnel brazing wire, CNC machining center, oil pressing,Water nozzle brazing machine, argon arc welding machine,Ultrasonic cleaning equipment, Prespraying equipment etc.

A: Normally 30% TT in advance, balance paid before shipment.

A: Usually it will take 15-20 days for new moulds and free samples (within 5 kg), after confirmation, 25-30 days for mass production.
