Description

Vapor Chamber is the single heat conducting element with the fastest heat conduction and the best thermal diffusivity at present. Vapor Chamber can quickly transfer or diffuse the heat generated by the heat source and reduce the temperature of the heat source.

Vapor Chamber are also called hotplate, flat heat pipe. The structure of the hotplate is usually flat or flat shaped. Hotplate is a passive heat transfer element which uses evaporation and condensation of liquid to transfer heat and drives liquid circulation by wick structure.

The order of VC from outside to inside is shell, capillary structure, steam chamber and support structure. The shell is usually made of copper, aluminium, stainless steel and other metal materials.

Vapor chamber's function and working theory is same as heat pipe. In order to achieve a cycle working system, it works through the evaporation and condensation of the working fluid in the platy cavity. How to work the vapor chamber ? 

The working theory of vapor chamber is same as heat pipe. The only difference is the way of thermal conduction - vapor chamber is two-dimensional thermal conduction. Therefore, it is a more efficient heat dissipation way for solve higher level thermal problem. The inside of vapor chamber is a capillary structure vacuum chamber. After the working fluid absorbs the heat, it will vaporize rapidly and flow to cooling zone. When it exchanged heat with the external, it will condense back to fluid and flow back to heat zone. This is the circulation of vapor chamber.
