Product Description

Aluminum Heat Exchangers Water Cooling Plate for Battery Pack

Trumomy, which is specilized in providing various battery cooling solutions. Liquid battery cooling is the common way for Electric Vehicle battery cooling. It uses a liquid coolant such as water, a refrigerant, or ethylene glycol to cool the battery. The liquid goes through tubes, cold plates, or other components that surround the cells and carry heat to another location, such as a radiator or a heat exchanger. Components carrying the liquid prevent direct electrical contact between the cells and the liquid coolant.  

 

We specilized in:
1) Stamping type cooling plate for prismatic cells / battery pack.
2) Extrusion snake tube for cylindrical cells, such as 21700, 18650, 3270, 4680 big cell.
3) Roll bonded cooling plate

2) Design service, we have R&D department, can do design finalization, flow and heat simulation.
