Customized Aluminium Snake Cooling Radiator for Lithium ion Battery

Our company designs, makes and distributes heat exchangers for battery packs, which carrying cylindrical cells, prismatic cells or pouches. Our aluminum brazing water cooling sheets/plates are widely used in Electromobile/electric vehicle/New energy automobile/vehicle/car battery cooling. 

 

We specilized in:
1) Stamped type water cooling plate for prismatic cells / battery pack.
2) Extruded snake tube for cylindrical cells, such as 21700, 18650, 3270, 4680, 4695 big cell.
3) Roll bonded cooling plate

4) Machined cold plate

1. Tooling development — we do it in house, so we can make initial testing prompt and accurate.
