Lithium ion Battery Cooling System Water Cooling Tray Electric Vehicle Cooling Plate

With increasing density of energy, liquid cooling system is mature solution for battery thermal management. Compared with traditional air cooling, the liquid cooling system is higher thermal performance, fast heat dissipation, and land area saving.

Battery thermal management is critical in an operation of EV. Trumony is specilized in providing various heat exchangers: we can do customized shape, to make the parts fit into different packs. The aluminum is shaped into different type by different technologies, such as punching, extrusion, welding, stamping, roll bonding and etc.

A: Usually it will take 15-20 days for new moulds and free samples (within 5kg), after confirmation, 25-30 days for mass production.

A: We have brazing line, stamping line, extrusion line, and roll boned process line. Also CNC centre is available.

 

Q: If we don't have design, can you assist in design?
