Custom aluminum liquid cooling lower box professionally developed for 104S battery module pack

Made of high strength aluminum alloy and processed by integral brazing technology with high precision CNC machining

Full custom service is available for structure size and installation interface

The outer surface adopts heavy duty powder coating treatment to achieve great corrosion resistance insulation and wear resistance

Optimized internal flow channel is formed by professional brazing to ensure tight sealing no liquid leakage and stable coolant circulation

It provides uniform heat dissipation for energy storage battery modules effectively controlling operating temperature and reducing temperature difference

Reinforced box structure improves overall structural stability compression resistance and impact resistance suitable for large ESS energy storage systems

Each product undergoes strict air tightness testing to meet long term outdoor and industrial continuous operation requirements
