Serpentine Aluminum Cooling Ribbon / Cooling Snake Tube for EV Battery BTMS

Our core expertise lies in serpentine aluminum tubes, also referred to as serpentine tubes or water-cooled plates. We have extensive experience in thermal management projects, including battery cooling for electric vehicles (also known as new energy vehicles), solar energy cooling, 5G component cooling, drone cooling, and various industrial cooling applications.
Our serpentine tubes are produced using extruded channel tubes, with multiple mold options available for different runner port configurations. The water-cooling plates are made of aluminum and can be customized to suit various channel types and sizes, including mounting hole designs. In addition, we operate our own CNC center to manufacture inlet/outlet connectors and partition accessories according to customer specifications.
