Liquid cooling tubes are a popular solution for battery thermal management, suitable for both cylindrical and prismatic battery cells. Compared to air cooling, they offer a higher heat exchange coefficient and a more compact footprint, enabling faster cooling and heating.
Our serpentine cooling ribbon (snake tube)​ is specifically optimized for 21700 cylindrical cells. The tube's curvature and pitch are precisely designed to wrap snugly around the cell surface, maximizing contact area and heat transfer efficiency.
