This continuous brazing water cooling plate is a high stability thermal management component independently developed for mass production battery pack and ESS energy storage cooling systems. Different from traditional discrete brazing technology it adopts advanced continuous brazing process with integrated high temperature forming and seamless welding. The whole plate features uniform welding firm bonding and stable overall structural performance. Made of high quality 3003 and 6061 aluminum alloy materials the cooling plate delivers efficient and consistent heat dissipation.
