What is the rack mounting standard?
The tray fits standard 19 inch ESS racks through an adjustable modular rail interface, so trays can be stacked to match your container height and power requirement.
How do the coolant connections work?
The trays use quick connect coolant ports that allow tool-free coupling between stacked trays, so the cooling loop can be assembled and reworked quickly inside a container.
Can trays be serviced individually?
Yes. The modular design lets you slide out and replace a single tray without dismantling the whole rack, which greatly reduces maintenance downtime and cost.
What pressure and leak performance do you guarantee?
Each tray is tested to a 4.0 MPa burst pressure and a 1.5 MPa working pressure, with a helium leak rate below 1x10-6 mbar·L/s on 100% of units.
Can you supply the full container cooling loop?
Yes. Beyond the trays we can support the complete coolant loop design, including manifolds, quick connectors, hoses and pump sizing, so you receive a coordinated container ESS cooling solution.
What is the minimum order quantity for this modular rack tray?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Sample and trial orders are welcome so you can validate the liquid cold plate performance and the rack fit before mass production, and for OEM projects the first-order quantity can be adjusted to match your annual demand.
Can the tray be customized to our cell and rack design?
Yes. We customize the tray footprint, cell spacing, inlet and outlet position, connector type and rack mounting interface for your 280Ah LiFePO4 cells, working from your 3D STEP or 2D drawing. A design drawing is issued for your approval before tooling and production.
What is the lead time and how is the tray packaged?
Stock trays ship in about 7 working days, while fully customized 1P16S rack trays take 20-30 days including tooling and leak testing. Each tray is packed with EPE foam in an export-grade plywood case with desiccant, and the IP67 sealing protects the liquid cold plate during sea freight.
