High Thermally Conductive Single Part Fillers Dispensable Material for LED

Discription of Thermally Conductive Single Part Fillers:

 

Thermally Conductive Single Part Fillers  is a silicone resin as the base material, adding thermally conductive fillers and bonding materials configured in a certain ratio, and processed through a special process to become a paste gap filling material, according to the 1:1 (mass ratio) mixed and cured into a high-performance elastomers, moulded with the shape of the structure, with the most excellent structural applicability and structural components of the surface of the adherence characteristics. This material has some of the advantages of both thermally conductive spacers and thermally conductive silicone grease, making up for the weaknesses of both, and is particularly suitable for space-constrained heat transfer needs.
Thermally Conductive Single Part Fillers has a single, two-component difference, the biggest difference between the two is that the single-component thermally conductive gel is similar to thermally conductive silicone grease, while the two-component thermally conductive gel is similar to thermally conductive silicone film, in general, the single-component thermally conductive gel will not be cured, and has been kept in a wet state, with a high rate of oil release. (Note: At present, there are also special-purpose, single-component can also be cured). Two-component thermally conductive gel will be cured, cured into an elastomer, there is a certain degree of adhesion, the oil rate is low.
